Save your time and get an estimate somewhere else. I scheduled an estimate for my car at 4:00pm , left work early, and arrived at 4:00pm. One of the estimators came out to look at the damage and threw out a number. When I asked for a written estimate, he said to come back another time because it takes about an hour to do an accurate estimate. Ridiculous waste of time, very disappointed in that whole interaction.

Upon returning to my car after a pleasant shopping trip I was troubled to find that extensive damage was done to the side of my car, apparently a truck backed into it. My husband was away and saddened when I emailed pictures of the damage, his pride and joy BMW. I knew that it had to be fixed before he returned; I feared this task and the repairs needed to pass his scrutiny. My insurance company provided a few selected collision repair shops and I made additional inquiries and WCCC was commonly recommended. I called and they politely provided me comfort with their high standard of repairs. Their professional staff kindly led me through the process, evaluated the needed repairs, coordinated with my insurance company, and within the time promised delivered my repaired BMW. When I picked up the car it looked as nice as the day we drove it off the dealers lot and my husband still cannot believe that it was ever damaged. WCCC made this a comfortable experience and I would highly recommend.
