VTX s technical expertise lies in elevators, escalators, moving walks design and technology consulting. The company also provides a wide range of elevator consulting services to the aviation, educational, healthcare and public transportation markets, including commercial and governmental. It has experience in new building design, modernization, preventative maintenance and maintenance management, and people mover systems, as well as integration with intelligent building design concepts. VTX has handled various projects from aviation, commercial, education, government, healthcare, recreation/hospitality, retail and transit industries. VTX is capable of working directly with the ultimate end user that includes the tenant, owner, or operator and it can serve as a subconsultant directly to architectural, mechanical and electrical engineering firms. The company also provides services for new building designs, contract maintenance analysis, construction management and contract enforcement, new construction, design and modernization.
