Mr. Wentz represents parents and students in public school systems in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He focuses on the needs of students with disabilities who receive (or should receive) services pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). As an experienced litigator and tough negotiator, Mr. Wentz is often able to achieve good results for clients without charging them for attorney's fees.
