Our full serviced staff would be delighted to make sure that you next party is unforgettable!! ZAGAT rated 'Excellent' 2002 through 2010 A "diverse" menu featuring "innovative" "comfort food" "combinations" wins praise at these "adorable" New American twins in the Italian Market and Fairmount, where "awesome" brunches and "all-day" breakfasts are "worth the wait", and dinners are a "treat"; the digs remind some of "their grandma's basement rec room" but it doesn't dampen the "creative" vibe, which extends all the way to the "friendly" staff's "hair color". -ZAGAT survey 2009 Philadelphia City Paper Arguably the best brunch in town, this veg-friendly eatery offers a creative menu at fantastic value. They don't take reservations so come early or expect at least an hour wait. The menu changes weekly, but specials have included a lox and onion omelets, the Barking Chihuahua Breakfast (a burrito filled with scrambled eggs, black beans, red peppers and pepper jack cheese and topped with sour cream and spicy tomato sauce) and the pumpkin pancakes served with walnut-cinnamon butter and vanilla sauce. Philadelphia Magazine This cramped-and-casual Italian Market restaurant is easy to spot on Sunday mornings: Even in winter's cold, there's a crowd outside, complimentary hot chocolate in hand, waiting for a table in the quirky dining room and some of that unbelievably thick French toast. The blackboard menu is heavy with sweet and savory breakfast specials, but Sabrina's also serves lunch and dinner.
