I placed a call at 8 am for service in Sellersville PA. I was told I would be receiving service between 10 and 12. I received a confirmation call at 9:12 stating the technician was on his way. The technician explained everything, answered all questions, and performed excellent service.

Excellent service... the technician was on time... courteous and very knowledgeable. My Mom was a nervous wreck but Tran (i think i spelt it right) calmed her down and explained exactly what he was gonna do.When the smoke cleared... the drain was cleared and everything is great.My Mom and I will be tellin everyone how satisfed we were and we'll be reccomending roto-rooter to our family and friends.Pauline Sauers2018 South 28th StreetPhiladelphia, Pa19145

Mr.Swanson , I probably have written a handful of " that a boy" letters in my lifetime and this is one of them I want to thank mike and marlin technician 762 on the job they did for my at 4226 carteret drive Phila pa 19114 They arrived right on time were extremely professional and answered all my questions every step of the way They were clean professional and I'm very happy with Roto Rooter Mike & marlin cleaned my trap and everything is working better then new I'm a former USMC , Phila police officer and currently a Phila fire fighterI will be telling the guys at the fire house to use your company in the futureSincerely David E Bellerjeau Sent from my iPhone
when your sewage backs up into your basement you want quick service. roto-rooter showed up in a couple hours and fixed the clog quickly. clean and polite. jon shapiro
I was going to give four stars at first because I called Roto Rooter on a Sunday afternoon and was told that they would be able to service my home by 7:15. This did not happened and a technician was not available until the following morning. I now know that conditions were beyond their control and despite an early morning snow fall the technician, Abdul Aziz did was able to service my drain in the morning. He was professional, polite and thorough. Despite the some challenges he worked very hard to clear my drain, keeping me appraised of his progress along the way. He advised me regarding my long-term problem and suggested solutions to address the issue, leaving me with a detailed quote. I was very impressed with him.
