I placed a call at 8 am for service in Sellersville PA. I was told I would be receiving service between 10 and 12. I received a confirmation call at 9:12 stating the technician was on his way. The technician explained everything, answered all questions, and performed excellent service.

Excellent service... the technician was on time... courteous and very knowledgeable. I was going to give four stars at first because I called Roto Rooter on a Sunday afternoon and was told that they would be able to service my home by 7:15. This did not happened and a technician was not available until the following morning. I now know that conditions were beyond their control and despite an early morning snow fall the technician, Abdul Aziz did was able to service my drain in the morning. He was professional, polite and thorough. Despite the some challenges he worked very hard to clear my drain, keeping me appraised of his progress along the way. He advised me regarding my long-term problem and suggested solutions to address the issue, leaving me with a detailed quote. I was very impressed with him.

Great and fast. I was pleasantly impressed. They were very professional &+ was right in my budget. I would recommend roto-rooters to anyone !!
