The company operates Philadelphia s last family-owned transfer station and offers container services for residential customers, small-contractors, roofers, demolition projects, medium-sized contractors and high-end customers. It also offers crushed rock for backfill purposes, as well as cobblestones and landscaping stones. The transfer station is open six-days a week and closed on Sundays. Richard S. Burns & Co. serves Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden and Burlington counties in New Jersey.
