I recently rented a storage unit from PS on grant ave in Philadelphia .The customer service I received from Joselyn, Was remarkable from the time i walked in the door. she took the time to go over everything that I needed to know about PS. She answered all the questions that I had with confidence. She made me feel comfortable about leaving my personal belongings there. Also went the extra mile to show me all the units that they have available. In the end of it all she helped me from the time I walked into the door to the minute I left. come to find out that day was her first day on the job. I would like to say again, thank you for the excellent customer service. And I highly recommend everyone that needs a storage unit use this PS. Excellent Also excellent customer service.
