      She takes hours, and hours! I've been three times, never get the same cut no does she give me even close to what I asked for. She blames her staff and claimed she fired that person. Whole new staff every time I've been in there. She looks like she's on something, smells funny, and she sold me shampoo that smelled like rancid fruit! Never again.
