Not sure if any clients of Frances are experience problems with their hair but since Jill, his assistant came on board, I mentioned numerous times to Frances that during coloring I now experience burning sensation and after coloring, not covering grey hair, change in hair color and texture a few weeks after and, having to go back more frequent for my touchups. I feel that maybe some of this may be scalp sensativity or allergic reaction but this never happened before and I have been using the same salon and hair stylist for many years. Goldwell mentioned to add saccrin to their product to stop the burning which works whenJill added it to the color once!!! I don't trust the girl with my hair color processing and for whatever reason, Frances does not feel change in assistant for me is warranted. For that , I will now go elsewhere, even though Frances is a genius with my haircolor. The scabes and redness after color isn't worth it anymore. Word of advise, be aware of his assistant.
