First of all they contract out to who knows who. Their response time is none, until you threaten to report them, then all of sudden they pickup the phone. They advertise open 24 hours, but they tell you their hours of operation over the phone are 9 am until 4 pm. They installed a new heater less than 2 months ago and we have had numerous problems since. 1-Gas leak because pipes were not tightened properly. 2-Wires to thermostat were not connected correctly. 3- Called for emergency service and no return call. On three different occasions we have gone with no heat totaling approximately 7-8 days. They need training in customer service practice. They suggested we blow dust off the heater to repair the problem of the new heater that is not operating. They have 1 service repair person. Kevin Anthony Rice, Philly
