I made an appt. for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was quoted $39.95. After they took the car and changed the oil, they brought it out and parked it. I asked, "did you rotate the tires?" "Oh", said the man waiting on me, "you didn't remind us so we forgot to do it". I was annoyed but thought oh well, I'll just have to wait until next time. Then he charged me for rotating the tires. I said, "wait a minute , it can't be the same price without the tires rotated", and he said "oh yeah, it is the same price no matter if we rotate the tires or not." I told him," anywhere you go, it's no more than $27 for an oil change." The TV in the waiting room was obnoxiously loud, with some court room show, and they refuse to turn it down, so I had to stand {handicapped ] outside till they were finished. I cancelled the other appt. I had for the next week, for my son's car; never to go there again! Not a good place for service. Not even close. No stars for this one!
