I dropped my truck off at 10.00 They said about two hours so I called in three hours they said i was next so i called back in two hours they told me they were working on my truck right know so two hours later i stopped in two get my truck and my truck did not move from where i parked it all they had to do was inspect my truck from now on i will avoid pepboys and i will tell every one in my union not to take there company trucks to pepboys so i will call PHH and see if we can remove pepboys from the services. this is not the first time this has happened when they tell you two hours and you what eight and nothing is done . the people that work their just don't seam to care I you were smart stay away from pepboys their not very professional nor do they care
