A different type of security company. Prices are slightly higher than what you see with other companies, but the experience is also very different. Customer service is better, and they treat your clients like their own. They sell retention of their own employees, and from my experience that translates to client retention. If you don’t mind allocating more to your security budget, hire them. In my opinion, you’ll make the money back in time savings and lower stress. If you’re on the cheaper side or a in cost-cutting state, probably want to look at the bigger guys. Just depends on what kind of operation you’re trying to run.

Very accommodating from initial contact through implementation. They have a larger support staff than most companies, and we could reach someone whenever we had a question. We had to make some last minute adjustments and it didn't cause any issues or delays.
