get a referral before going to a new dentist. I had a tooth knocked out on my job. My OJI Insurance did not have a dentist in their plan so they advised me and to find a dentist in Philadelphia. I checked in my neighborhood and Dr Nancy Harris agreed to see me. It took 4 months to have the two front teeth replaced which the insurance paid as promised. After 4 months one of the teeth chipped at the gum, the insurance approved the dentist to replace the tooth. Dr Harris refused and only did cosmetic work on the tooth that fell off in one week. Contacted the office and was advised that they no longer work with OJI insurances. I have finally found a reputable dentist that will replace the tooth that Dr Harris refused to correct and it has been approved for an Implant. Exactly one year after the cap was installed the tooth fell out of my mouth while eating at work. I've lost time and wages due to this offices lack of responsibility for a job that was obviously flawed. Terrible dentist, unprofessional and most disappointing, lacks responsibility for work she performed. I'm praying the second tooth she put in will not fall out. I never submit a negative review but I've been advised to do this for my peace of mind and for Dr Harris and staff to be aware of their failed services. They might provide sufficient service to others but I was treated horribly, and disrespected, I hope it had nothing to do with my ethnicity.

a great and personable denist is hard to find in the city of Philadelphia ... and Dr. Harris certainly fits that mold ... she is very thorough and treats her patients with the utmost respect and kindness.. Her desintry goes beyond the highest point of excellency and her staff are very outgoing, welcoming , and approachable. I have never had any problems with my teeth after any of my visits with Dr. Harris and she has fixed and corrected many dental problems i have had with amazing results.. i recommend her to all of my friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Harris for 10 yrs now, with the friendliest staff ever and professional denistry i have ever received. I recently had a root canal done without any pain or discomfort. i have recommened friends and family to her office, the office has been newly renovated with flat screen tvs in every room and state of the art equipment to make your visit a nice experience.

Dr. Harris is the most professional dentist I have ever had and I have had a lot! I'm lucky to have found her. Not only are her procedures flawless, she also makes it virtually painless.I can now smile from ear to ear and not be a shamed of my teeth.
