I will never shop here again no one has any experience on animals the manager named Eric very rude I told him I was going to report him he didn't care. Would never shop there ever.

Worst experience of my life. I have a 15lb ship tzu mix who has been groomed several times previous to coming here. He is very easy to work with as I have been told by my last groomer. The girl that did the haircut informed me she cut him near his privates because he was being wild. They still charged me and the cut had to be treated by my vet. 723 dollars later and I have yet got a call back from the manager or a refund.
