This hotel is nothing like it looks online. As soon as you walk through the door it is smelly. As soon as you get off the elevator, the hallway smells like puke! And smoke (even though I was on the non-smoking floor). The pillow was the size of a magazine and the blanket had burn holes in it. The bathroom had someone's hair on the counter and sink and I was totally grossed out staying here. I could not sleep because of the piece of cardboard sized pillow and the street lights coming through the windows. The van to the airport was just filthy and smelled like my garbage can. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I received horrible service. I paid cash and then realized how much of a disappointment the room was, compared to what the website described and immediately went back to the desk for a refund and they refused to give me a refund!! Then she charged me an $70 to upgrade to the room I was expecting originally. I asked for a discount on the upgrade, and she refused. BUT I was still disappointed due to the size of the room, and the dirtiness of the whole building. It was filthy. There were huge stains on the bed linens and burn wholes in the blankets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillow was so flat, I couldn't even sleep the first night there. The blinds allow lots of light in the room, street light (all night long) and the sunlight. Needless to say I didn't sleep much. The entire staff was very ignorant our entire stay, except for one lady, who ended up getting reprimanded for helping us, because it made the other staffers look bad. I would NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!
