Good Day,

After taking a friend to the local hospital for treatment, I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast, while I waited.

I ate some of my food, but became thirsty, and it was also time to take my medicine, 11:00 a.m.

From the time I entered the store, I noticed that the young lady, who seemed to be in charge was loud and rude. Then she was on the other side of the counter, probably on break.

She was on duty when I politely asked for a cup for water. She informed me that there were no courtesy cups, but I could pay $1.07 for a kid's cup, or purchase a bottle of water. That is unacceptable to me. As patron, I do feel entitled to a small cup of water. I am a disabled, retired, senior customer, not someone walking in from the street.

I would not have stopped there, had I known that.

I am sad to think that a drink of water is not available to a paying customer. I'm afraid that all McDonald's' may have adopted this policy.
