      Very rude technician. Felt it necessary to lecture me like a schoolboy. Must have had a bad breakfast. Not the jolly Maytag repairman I envisioned! WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN!

      Came out to business on June 20 for a washing machine shaking during spin cycle. Told usnothing wrong with the machine put in less of a load 115.00 please. Two weeks later the machine stops working, call back for service and the rear counterweight snapped off after 3 months. This company will not admit fault in the 1st techs screw-up for not seeing the counterweight loose. Now I have a 550.00 machine that is useless. Thanks Quaker
