March 18 2017I am appalled by the service and treatment that was displayed at store location 19, located at 7702 City Ave. From the moment my Family Members and I walked into the location, proper customer service was not given. I asked to see three different toddler size sneakers and the one sales representative asked another representative if she could get them because she was busy with a customer. That representative came over after an 6-8 min wait and asked if I wanted a size nine in the shoes I asked for, in which I thought she had already went to the back to get my size that I had previously requested. After she brought the shoes, they were just handed to me not asking if I wanted her to assist in helping to try the shoe size on my childs feet and walked away. At that time we were the only customers in the store. My brother who was with me went ahead with wanting to make a purchase and asked if there were any additional discounts that were offered. The young man who was another sales representative, who appeared to be annoyed by the question, directed the question to the manager who was also present at the counter. The manager stated that his hands were tied and he could not offer any discounts. Meanwhile, I saw a pair of Nike sneakers that were $110 and tried them on at the register. When my brother asked about the toddler sneakers costing $50, the sales representative immediately thought that he was referring to the Nike sneakers and made the statement I cant deal with him, someone else can take care of him and abruptly walked away with his arms folded. We were all in shocked that this had occurred with the store manager being present and not addressing the issue. We went forward with making the purchase because we wanted the items that we chose. Although we voiced our concerns to the Manager no conflict resolution for customer recovery was done.Unfortunately, the behaviors shown throughout this encounter shows that there is a major disconnect with the standards that USA Kicks commits to having when providing services given at this location in accordance with the companys mission statement. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and the amplitude of disrespect and representation displayed for this company shows that education and re-evaluation and training of employee/customer service satisfaction needs to be reviewed. In my years of experience, you never let a customer leave unhappy especially when they voice there concerns to a Manager. I am very unsatisfied with the results and will not be returning to any location for USA Kicks Sneakers.
