Witnessing a trend among larger law firms to shift their focus and attention towards ever-larger clients, including Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Jacobs conceived the Jacobs Law Group as a firm designed to meet the critical corporate law and litigation needs of middle-market companies and entrepreneurs.
