I have been a member for 4 years and I still love it! The crew there is wonderful. I love the classes, zumba, tabata, cardio and sculp, I could go on and on! They keep up with the latest workouts and nutritional info. Can't forget yoga and barre classes. It figures works with your inside and out. I love going. My 74 year old mom loves it too. She joined when I joined. It's addictive!

I have been a member since 2007, great staff and friendly members. They help keep you motivated! Variety of classes morning and evening.

Nice, its a really impressive gym, they got friendly instructor and a complete equipments.

Very nice small gym for women. You don't feel "lost" here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
