Traded in my car for a Cadillac Escalade. I was in the lot and someone right away asked me if I needed any help. Great friendly service. I didn't feel if I was being pushed into anything. Love my truck no problems since I bought it.

Do NOT Buy From THEM! Our car has has issues since we brought it. We literally had to take the car to them for issues after only having it for 3 days. They say they will take care of you but it's all talk. Their mechanic is VERY rude and didn't have a clue to what he is doing. In fact I had to take my car their bc it just shut off on me while I was in center city. Thankfully it came back on and I took it straight to them...sat there for 5 hours and the mechanic said there was nothing wrong. Also the noise I told him the car was making he said he didn't find anything wrong. Now I'm not a mechanic but I know for sure he does not know what he's doing. My husband and I feel as though we got ripped off and will never go back there I recommend this place. Go at your own risk but please know you have been warned.

Imports Auto Direct Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Is a rip off, My brother purchased a 2004 Cadillac with a north-star engine from them on 12/26/2014 when he brought the car home it had no heat, and the antifreeze was very low, with the holidays he could not get the car into a repair shop until the 30th of Dec, now the repair shop said he has 2 cylinder heads that are cracked, We called them and they said they don't care it was bought as is. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM AS THEY KNEW THIS WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEW THEY HAD TO KEEP ADDING ANTIFREEZE TO IT TO SELL IT.
