Broken washer was repaired by Mr.Hawkins several years ago and he did a wonderful job plus gave me tips to prolong the life of my washer!!!

Not a good experience. Over a $100 in labor for a service which didn't need tools. Ok with an estimate fee but over $60???

I called three other companies to come fix my refrigerator two didn't answer and the last never came. A friend at work have me hawkins appliance number. They were very prompt, told me I had a bad fan and charged me reasonable price. The service man was real polite and even cleaned up after himself.I got the chance to take care of what I had to do for the day.I'll definitely call hawkins again I put them on my speed dial.

quick, fair and honest. had Hawkins come out twice. Once to look at and replace circuits on our dryer and a second time to diagnose a problem with our washer. great both times.

I called Hawkins Repair this morning, and the came out and repaired my stove just a short bit ago. They quoted me a price to replace my igniter (parts and labor incl.) and it was very reasonable. The first technician didn't have quite the right part, but another technician did, and he came right over and replaced it within about 10 minutes. They were very polite and prompt (called to let me know when they were on the way over), cleaned up after themselves, and were generally great. We will certainly use them again if we have any more appliance issues!

Charged me $60 to come out to look at my AC unit. They kept asking me what was wrong with it and then told me I needed a new fan which would cost approximately $400. I had my doubts so I got a second opinion. The next guy that came out saw that there was loose wire. Upon connecting the loose wire my AC unit was fixed. The second guy didn't charge me a dime. WATCH OUT FOR HAWKINS. CONSIDER A SECOND OPINION.

I first contacted this repair company when our Maytag front-load washer had problems. I was very pleased with Mr. Hawkins ability to diagnose and repair the problem very quickly. When our Maytag stove-top had problems I tried him for this too. Again, he diagnosed the problem quickly and and fixed it on the spot.He is professional, responsible, competitively priced and does great work. I highly recommend his services......
