Since the newspaper article, nothing has been done. No fitness equipment, Activityt room is always locked except for staff, to fill the fridge with their food . .room is also open to have meetings for special residence, and one evening of prayer.Most of staff is "great" , although they sometines take tips fron residence to do minimal things. All residence are on fixed income. Staff disappear, and blame short comings on residence.Chairs are removed from lobby on weekend, people have nowhere to sit and wait to be picked up, or maube they don't feel wll and need to be with others. There is not a flowers, anywhere around the building, no warmth. It has an institutional look.There is security, who never make rounds, not all but some.I would not recommend, if you like to be happy.
