      ABOUT GRAPHIC ARTS INCORPORATEDGraphic Arts, Incorporated is a printing company that is proud of its past, and ever mindful of keeping ahead of this fast paced industry into the future.Founded in 1928 as Graphic Arts Engraving Company, Ray Neill operated from 22nd and Market in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1944 the company changed its name to Graphic Arts, Inc and moved in 1946 to its current location at 4100 Chestnut Street as the company prospered.In 1963, Ray's son-in-laws, Fred Binder, Sr. and Bob Koontz, Jr. joined the company. Under their leadership following Ray Neill's passing in 1967, Graphic Arts grew from $800, 000 in sales to $15, 000, 000 in 2006. This growth has been made possible through the ability of Graphic Arts and its employees to maintain the highest quality standards. Over the years, we have invested in the purchase of latest, industry-leading equipment so we always stay at the forefront of technology and our customers' needs.Graphic Arts Incorporated is a certified woman owned business under the leadership of President Barbara N.
