Goodman Plumbing and Heating has excellent customer service and the most clean-cut, knowledgable and curteous technicians I have ever encountered in any service business. They are right-on with their prices and I recommend them to everyone I know.
Highly recommended - needed a hot water heater replacement. They were significantly less than the other two estimates obtained and did the installation on a Sunday without charging an emergency service fee. I was able to speak to plumber directly when calling for an estimate (no leaving a message and waiting for a call back) and they did not try to sell me something larger than our family needed. (Additionally I received quotes for other plumbing work that was also much less than I'd been quoted by another firm.) The plumber who I spoke to was the one who did the installation. Work was done quickly and cleanly as well. Excellent service all the way!
I've had Goodman do three jobs for me in the past several years -- two water heater replacements (in different properties) and the installation of an outside tap. In all cases they've been terrific. They arrive when they say they will, do a good job, charge a fair price, and never tack on extra expenses at the last minute. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and serious about doing the job right. I keep calling them back because so far I haven't had any problems at all.

MY HOT WATER HEATER LEAKED ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT .I CALL OVER 10 PLUMBERS.2 CONTRACTORS CALLED ME BACK.I CHOSE GOODMAN THEY RECOMENED A LARGER HEATER AND IT WAS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER CO.AND FINISHED BEFORE WE SERVED DESERT
