Requested very special thank you arrangement of specific flowers for their meaning. Asked for a call to see arrangement before delivery. Never got a call. Instead, received text messages with pictures of red roses and goldenrod after requesting order cancellation. Red roses and weeds? Took nearly one month to deliver flowers to the same zip code. Billed my credit card more than double verbal quote without consent. Disorganized, rude, overpriced and unapologetic. -Beth
