After reading some of the reviews of this company I almost dropped my reservation, but decided to take a chance. Either the other writers got people on bad days or Firefly has cleaned up its act. The people were incredibly friendly and efficient, the car was just fine (maybe a whiff of smoke), nobody asked where I gassed it up before return, and I had to wait almost no time for the shuttle going and coming. All in all it was simply an excellent and problem-free experience.
