My puff ink shirts came out amazing!

I was told my item could be embroidered on the spot, and that I could wait for it. We made an appt for the next day, early morning. After driving an hour to get there, I was told that the person I spoke to the previous day was not there, and the staff was not aware of the appointment. I was told they could not do it as I waited. I was told to leave my item and come back for it late afternoon. I went somewhere else to get my garment embroidered. This business did not do what they said they would do, embroider an item on the spot while the customer waits.
