My sons had an appointment at 4:30. I received a call a little after three asking if I would be able to come sooner. I said I could get there by or a little before 4:00. I got there at 3:50 and then it was 4:15 and we were still waiting. When I approached the desk and asked why they called and asked me to come in early. The woman said, "Yeah, when we called it wasn't busy but now we are backed up. There's only one doctor here." So I guess it's ok my children and I sit in your waiting room for forty minutes to be taken at our original appointment time. Well maybe that's ok for you but not me. I'll be finding a new dentist.
