Wow, these people know what they're doing! Problem area in the dining room is no more and I have off-white carpet! They treated this area three times with no extra charge. Very polite and on time. Would hire again without hesitation.Ultimate Carpet cleaning did excellent job on my carpet.

They upcharged us for "deep clean" which roughly translates into WAY TOO MUCH LIQUID LEFT BEHIND. It took two days for the carpets to be dry enough to walk on the edges. At this point, we began to see the few spots that we had did not go away. We should have just stuck with the standard service, which was probably the same thing after all.

I have a recliner, love seat and dining chairs that I was almost contemplating getting rid off. My preschooler had managed to get ink, food, juice and the works on all of them at different points of time. Long story short, these guys did a brilliant job at an affordable price. I won't be looking anywhere else for carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future.Their customer service was exceptional. Everything he cleaned looks as good as new now!

Stellar in every way i care about. Quoted me over the phone- save me a bunch of time. set a date and time. He called and confirmed appt the day before. Arrived on time, cleaned my carpet to an exceptional level, and surprisingly removed a gummed spot a brown stain spill spot, which i happy noticed after he left. No extra charges, no complaining!
