      We have two rental areas: University City Apartments Our apartments in University City, Philadelphia, PA are within a mile of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. The neighborhood is one of Philadelphia’s most lively and distinct neighborhoods. University City features a dynamic and diverse blend of families, college students, and young professionals. This varied mix enjoys a community of universities, nightlife, dining and culture. The eastern section of University City is home to UPenn and Drexel, several medical institutions, scientific research centers, 30th Street Station, and the Cira Centre. The western area, with its Victorian and early 20th-century housing stock, is primarily residential and is home to an ethnically and economically diverse population. Our University City apartments are Camelot Apartments, Sylvania Gardens and University Court. Overbrook Apartments Our apartments in Overbrook, Philadelphia, are just a mile from St. Joe’s University and blocks from City Line Avenue. Overbrook features a mix of new restaurants and shopping with original Philadelphia buildings. Overbrook is easily linked to Center City and the Main Line via the regional rail (R5). Nearby stops include Suburban Square shopping in Ardmore and Villanova University. Our Overbrook apartments are Overbrook Gardens.
