I have been renting from atid over the past few years. First when I was in college, it was my first apartment, and they made it really easy for my roommate and I too move in. I have since moved to my own apartment, which they helped me find. All around good service, and great selection of apartments and lofts.

Do not rent from these people, no matter how much you like the property!! Deal with the owner instead. They don't return money owed from escrow. They don't return phonecalls, say they will and never do.

I have nothing good to say about this company or the people that run it. Complete disregard for their tenants and issues within their properties. There is no communication from them if they don't "feel" like responding. I will never be renting from this company again. If you have a chance to rent from them DONT!
