This office (West Chester) is by far the most professional, with a high level of customer service. Several times-- rather than having to send my instruments back for service--they have analyzed the problem, fixed it immediately, and sent me home happy. Hearing technology is more complex today than ever, and A P Mynders has done an excellent job of keeping up with the advances, allowing them to make the right decision in matching the patient to the right set of hearing instruments, including periferal devices which can allow me to hear well without requiring volume levels on audio devices which are uncomfortable to non-hearing impaired listeners in the same room.

After extensive research and visits to various hearing aid suppliers I chose Mynders & Associates. He answered all my questions and since I started wearing my hearing aids they have met with me several times to fine tune them. I follow their instructions about learning to adapt to the aids. I think this is critical to success in wearing them. I have free sessions with them for the first year if I need them. I would and have recommended A.P. Mynders to anyone needing hearing aids. They are top notch.
