I like getting my hair cut by Mark. It's great usually, but getting them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment is ridiculous. I've called 15 times so far as of today and have not got one single answer. When I really need an emergency haircut and no one will answer my calls i tend to wanna take my business elsewhere.

Mark has cut my hair for many years, and I've always been pleased. I drive from Jackson, MS to Philadelphia to get my hair cut by Mark. He always knows what is good for my hair type, and I've not had a bad hair cut in the 19 years he's been my stylist. Now he's even cutting my little girl's hair and she loves Mr. Mark.
