I called up to ask about a part for a washer so I could fix it myself that is fairly cheap and very common that would cost around $7 including S/H if I ordered it online, even less if you are a parts retailer and usually buy in bulk. So I held for around 16 minutes while waiting for someone to come back, only to be hung up on, so naturally I called back only to be put on hold again. When I finally did get someone after the wait, only to come to my understanding that they didn't know what the part's name was or what its purpose was. Getting tired of this game of charades, I stated that the part is a multi-brand part that pretty much is needed in every brand, and that its the part that the tub sits on , I was Immediately then told that it'd be $30 plus tax and that I'd have to pay for someone to install it within the next two weeks

I called to get service on my microwave and was put on hold for 15 min & 34 sec just to be told we don't service that area. I have a hood unit which I was willing to bring in from my zip code 19144 to them since I work nearby. If it was a recording I could understand, but it was a live person with no flexibility. Thanks for nothing

They made a half-hearted attempt to remove the old dryer. i was had to and was able to remove it myself. I paid 50 for delivery/removal. They let you know they don't install the new appliance but then they make a bunch of stipulations on the "free" removal once they get there. Because if they have to make any effort to remove the appliance, it becomes a "free courtesy" removal that they are under no obligation to carry out.When i called to express my dissatisfaction i was yelled at and told that he was in the business for many years and that basically i was being unreasonable. So much for the customer being right and making a little effort to do a job well.

I have dealt with AJ Appliances on several occasions. He called back promptly...came when he said he would come...gave a fair price....when he fixed something it was FIXED...when he could not fix it he said so ....Highly recommend...was a pleasure to deal with!!!!
The best by far!!! The tech know all the products inside and out.
