Worst ever, never return calls, When alarm was activated no response when I contacted them later after many attempts it was not their issue but a problem with my phone line but they could sell me a wireless system. Just had to wait for my 3 years to finish (2 years with no service but still had to pay) but if not confirmed in writing they automatically sign you up for another 12 months. Don’t waste your time money of sanity dealing with these people.

Be careful of this company. They install used equipment that lasts only about a year. Then they have these "Evergreen" contracts that you can never get out of. Even after a 3 year contract
