PS Property Management has done a poor job of managing our community. The common areas are overgrown with grass and weeds. The equipment is outdated and dangerous to our community. The only thing they do well is create revenue for the HOA by issuing petty violations to the citizens they serve. They are intentionally slow to deliver violations so that you are more likely to re-violate before you even understood there was an issue.

I'll leave it at this for now, but if this review gets challenged I will share the statistics of a study we did in the neighborhood that indicates they also specifically target renters.

As our HOA board president, I know first hand how hard it can be to manage your home owners association. These guys make it look easy. Phyllis and her management team really do go the extra mile to make sure everyone in our community is heard. All of our homeowners really enjoy their easy to use online portal system. It really helps keep the community informed. I recommend them to anyone who needs a management company for their HOA community.

I'm so glad our HOA board got rid of real manage and hired PS property management. They have a friendly office nearby, and have easy access for online payments.
