I'm leaving a review for Pro Power Rooter sine my next door neighbor had a drain clog yesterday and asked me if I knew any good plumbers in town to clean his kitchen sink drain, I told him that I have had a few drain clogs in my home and I have used a few different plumbers in Colorado springs and the one I only use now is Pro Power Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning Experts they have the lowest price and always give me good service.
They were quick in responding to my request, friendly, fast, affordable! I sent in a web request at 11 pm and heard back from them by 7 am by e-mail followed up by a phone call around 10 am. They gave me an affordable quote and when making my appointment they were here in less than an hour! Don and Mark were very nice and did a great job, they were in and out of my home very quickly. It couldn't have been a better experience. Highly Recommended!
Great plumbing service!
We had a bathtub drain clog in the bathroom, I called a few places and no one wanted to give me quote over the phone, I called Pro Power Rooter and a technician was at my house within an hour. He was very polite, and he checked out the problem, then gave us some options for the problem. He fixed the issue in under an hour, he left his card for any further issues. He even helped me with another problem I was having that turned out to help greatly! I think that Pro Power is the best company in town! I could not ask for any better service!

I Highly Recommend Them. I recently had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter in Colorado Springs, I checked with a few other places on prices and they were all very high in price, I ended up finding out about Pro Power Rooter from my brothers neighbor, I called them and was quoted a very reasonable price for my clogged toilet, I know I got great customer service, and appreciated how they don't charge additionally for nights/weekends (when my problems always seem to happen). In this instance, we ended up having a HUGE project that was not expected (and NOT good news for me) -- but this company was extremely professional, got the job done quickly, and were willing to answer each and every question I had, while seeming to truly 'feel my pain' about about the unexpected project. Although things took longer because of the problems I was having, the communication was great and my concerns addressed. .e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because I was treated so good from this company
I had a problem with 2 of my drains stopped up. My sister told me she used Pro-Power last year and they fixed her problem at a good price. She gave me their number and I called them and a guy named Mark came in an hour and looked at the problem and gave me a price. In less than an hour both drains were running, he had cleaned up the mess and was gone. What a relief to get back to normal. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs an honest plumber to fix their problems at a very reasonable price.

I was impressed when he called to say he would be here in about 20 min, that was nice, and then I met with Mark, i explained the problem i was having, and left him to fix it. He took the toilet out and put some parts in etc., its a rather old home and toilet. I think it was more than half an hour, and he had put everything back together nice and clean, and said the problem was more than he had expected, seems we will need a new toilet. He said he would not CHARGE ME nothing for the labor, only for the parts he had already installed, this is amazing in today's world, what a VERY NICE man... So i had to tell everyone i know about this Wonderful Company...
