Generally have had great success with them; however, on last prescription, needed to call the doctor's office and got a hassle from the pharmacist about the specifics of a new prescription. Probably doing what he felt was his job but he should have been checking with the doctor (doctor told me to have him call to get authorization). Felt like this was a great inconvenience for the pharmacist.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a CVS employee. Later when not being able to find a product the same employee asked me if I needed assistance, and was able to point me in the right direction.
