I absolutely love this store (and my dog does too)!! Customer service is awesome, the staff is really helpful. They carry really nice products, I always find something I can't live without!

Was hoping to support local business during our first winter storm and asked if they honor a current 20% coupon on exact item they were selling. Not a problem that they do not honor online sales, the problem was the way they were instantly defensive with negative attitude and unprofessional towards the customer for asking for the sale. We are local residents and they lost our future business.
