Vernon Johns Middle School is a coeducational institution that serves students in grades six through eight. The school has a team of counselors that addresses the personal, social, academic and career potential of each student and offers knowledge and skills to achieve success. Vernon Johns Middle School provides educational classes in art, humanities, math, science, computer skills, language arts, social studies and physical education. The school offers a variety of sports and academic activities, including soccer, track and field, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, field trips and drama club.
