I have been using Hoylman's for all my basic repairs ie: tire rotation, oil changes, breaks etc. for 10+ years and when they find something outside their expertise they let you know upfront and refer to that specialty. Extremely honest along with fair pricing. I work in Petersburg but live 40 min north of here and it is more than worth the drive for me.
