I would NOT use this vendor again. We used them once in the past w/no issues & decided to use them again for our son's birthday party. I contacted them the day of delivery to inquire about cost for an additional week. I was told if there was no cleaning needed there would be no charge, which I appreciated. Not only did they show up 5 days earlier than I was told for pickup, they managed to tear a 6 inch chunk of wood off of our fence! I spoke with the mgr & sent him pictures of the fence & was told I should never have been told the info I was & that he would escalate the damage report to his boss. The response I received from him was "he didn't think we were responsible for the damages and no one was there to see what happened." No one was there because we were told it would be 5 days later! I literally had it in my planner to have the gate opened for them the arranged day of pickup. Zero accountability for any of it. Do yourself & property a favor & take your business elsewhere.
