It started 9am Sunday December 26 I found water on the passenger side foot well area in my car that I just bought two days ago. The car smelled like mold and had a message in the cluster. After waiting for Allsttate to get me a tow truck and them canceling 2 times. From 9am to 2:40pm, waiting. I gave up on Allsttate and called like 5 or 6 different tow truck companies in Santa Rosa to try and get the car towed back to the Dealership, from Santa Rosa to Rancho Cordova where I got the car. I needed to be at the dealership by 7pm. I got a hold of American Tow In Petaluma around 3pm. The dispatcher was nice and understanding unlike a few others that just said no and hung up on me. He got to my spot around 4pm and got out to the dealership at 640pm. Saved my day, weekend and turned a bad situation a little better.
