General Info
The Academy Of Jeet Kune Do Sciences & Team Taction MMA located in downtown Petaluma, bring you the best in instruction for your martial arts experience. We teach kids & adults everything from fundamentals to advanced material in Jeet Kune Do, Kali, & Mixed Martial Arts. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is taught by Black Belt Jayson Collard (under Ralph Gracie) Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, & Saturdays. This is a Gi-less class, focusing on MMA sport submission techniques. Wrestling techniques are sometimes a large part of the class. Self defense classes are offered every other Saturday. Class runs for 1 1/2 hours & focuses on dirty tactics (eye gouging, biting, fish hooking, etc.) & defense against hand held threats. Last part of class is focused on applying the techniques you've just learned against the "man in the Padded suit" Kids classes start at age 5. We have Jeet Kune Do & MMA classes for kids up to age 16. Then, there graduated into the adult classes.
