This facility does not take care of any customer service issues. They overbill, refuse to return calls, and lie to clients. I was over charged in January. It is now almost May, and still no one has returned any of my calls. I had to call the corporate office to get things taken care of - even then, they were very rude and hesitant to help. I will be canceling my account, and I would encourage my friends and family to do the same and find memberships elsewhere. I don't pay upwards of $50 a month for poor customer service.
