First time to ORR deer processor. Very disappointed with the quantity of meat that I picked up from ORR in February. Jury is still out on the quality. 11 point non typical buck over 150 pounds. Was told that ORR would mix 1/3 pork with deer meat. Picked up 60 pounds of smoked sausage. Ticket stated that there was 88 lbs of meat. If there was 88 lbs. of meat before smoking that means that ORR installed 29 lbs of pork ( if they did what they said they did) so there was only 59 lbs of deer which included the back strap and tender loin. Not. I do not recommend that anyone use ORR for deer processing. I have been hunting deer and I have also processed or had processed does that were smaller than this deer and grossed more meat from them. When speaking to the operator at the ORR facility, he said" I'll look to see if there are bags that we missed" BAD results. Any company should always work hard to make a first impression.

Big selection this year. My favorite processor in the area. Very good link sausage. Reasonable prices, too.
