I will never ever buy anything from them again. The worse experience I ever had was with them. I first went into their store on February 8th to find out about repairing my blackberry which was broken for a few weeks prior. I should have really stuck with my original plan because I was not prepared to face the nightmare and simultaneously deal with major medical problems. I was in and out of the hospital and in between breaks pain I had to make several trips to the store to rectify issues from day one. This is what went down. On Feb 8th the sales guy told me that I could have gotten an unlocked I9 phone that is comparable to the I phone, he said it is even better because the I phone does not have video and the I9 does. I said then I want the I9 phone then. I do not know much about phones asked him if it has google he said yes it does. I was sold. He said he can give me the phone for 100.00 if I get a phone and a plan for my husband and my daughter. I said that sound good. We negotiated, he said he would give me the sidekick 3 for 80.00 with the flex pay plan for my daughter and a phone for 70.00 with the flex pay plan for my husband but the color was not right for my husband. He promised the right color will be in the store the following week. He promised to give us unlimited text messaging for my husband to text all his friends his new number because his number would change. All of a sudden his boss took over and convinced us to buy two year warranty on the each phones, never included the unlimited text, and charged us full price for the phones. Usually Tmobile makes us buy insurance not warranty. All of a sudden our bill was 643.00. He did try to make it right by giving us media cards and bluetooth but later we saw a flyer that states that you get those for free with purchaes. My I9 was not working, would not charge and was no where compared to an I phone. The charger had difficulties fitting into the slot too. My daughter's sidekick was not charging. My husband did not get his color phone until three weeks later. It took four trips to the store to get the sidekick exchanged and working. Tmobile cannot find the flex pay accounts that I paid activation fees for 35.00 each. The account numbers cannot be found on the receipts so I could not give provide them to Tmobile when we were attempting to locate the accounts. So that is 70.00 down the drain. My I9 phone was exchanged for a dash phone on Fri 2/27 but I had to pay an extra 25.00 for it and all I got in the box was a photo copied page, the charger and the phone. the battery keeps falling and the back of the phone keeps falling. Now the phone keeps saying that the phone is not charged and the phone keeps losing charge. I give up. I do not know what else to do. I am tired and fed up. I am literally sick and I really do not have to strength to keep dealing with these people. I was told by the store manager that there are other stores but there are none. This is the only Spot Wireless I can find.
